{"id":1578,"date":"2023-02-23T19:00:55","date_gmt":"2023-02-23T18:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.4csrl.it\/?p=1578"},"modified":"2023-02-23T19:00:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-23T18:00:55","slug":"4c-srl-il-nostro-impegno-per-una-produzione-circolare-sempre-piu-ampia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.4csrl.it\/en\/2023\/02\/23\/4c-srl-il-nostro-impegno-per-una-produzione-circolare-sempre-piu-ampia\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>4c Srl \u2013 Our commitment to ever wider circular production<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have often told you how much we of&nbsp;<strong>4c srl<\/strong>&nbsp;let&#039;s pay attention to&nbsp;<strong>choice of plastic materials<\/strong>for our productions; today we would like to share with you our choices and future projects concerning the&nbsp;<strong>circular production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Circular production<\/strong>&nbsp;it is a concept that is becoming increasingly popular within our reality and we would like to inform you that&nbsp;<strong>we are always evaluating new solutions<\/strong>&nbsp;to ensure that this process can become an increasingly present resource within&nbsp;<strong>4c srl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is the&nbsp;<strong>circular production<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we want to give a simple and complete definition it is&nbsp;<strong>the possibility of giving a second life to waste molded plastic items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waste plastic molded items are divided into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cpost-industrial waste\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cpost-consumer waste\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>post-industrial waste<\/strong>&nbsp;includes all non-compliant material, returns and rejects from plastic material manufacturers, essentially all unusable plastic material that has not yet been sold to the end customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>post-consumer waste<\/strong>, on the other hand, includes processes that reach the end of their life after years of use in the private and domestic spheres and are normally disposed of as normal waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The circular production process<\/strong>&nbsp;allows to&nbsp;<strong>locate, store and send<\/strong>&nbsp;the &quot;recyclable&quot; plastic material to specialized companies capable of processing it and returning it in new granules that can be used to produce new processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4c srl<\/strong>&nbsp;to date it is engaged in the collection and storage of post-industrial plastic material and it will be among our important news&nbsp;<strong>the introduction of post-consumer waste collection methods<\/strong>&nbsp;starting with our most historic and important customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To date we of&nbsp;<strong>4c srl<\/strong>&nbsp;we place ourselves positively in the face of&nbsp;<strong>new European ESG directives<\/strong>&nbsp;and we believe that the second life of materials deriving from the circular production process will increasingly guarantee compliance with the indices included in the&nbsp;<strong>sustainability report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The new plastic granules<\/strong>&nbsp;obtained from this process, will certainly not have the same aesthetic yield as a &quot;first life&quot; material but&nbsp;<strong>they will be excellent for the production of machined in optics and use of mechanical yield<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This choice of ours fully marries the ecological, health and safety company philosophy which will allow us to obtain two important certifications by the end of 2024: the&nbsp;<strong>ISO14001<\/strong>, the Standard that represents the regulatory reference point for companies and organizations that intend to equip themselves with a&nbsp;<strong>Environmental Management System<\/strong>, and the&nbsp;<strong>ISO45001<\/strong>, the certification that is based on&nbsp;<strong>occupational health and safety management<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spesso vi abbiamo raccontato quanto noi di&nbsp;4c srl&nbsp;poniamo attenzione sulla&nbsp;scelta dei materiali plasticiper le nostre produzioni; oggi ci teniamo a rendervi partecipi sulle nostre scelte e futuri progetti che riguardano la&nbsp;produzione circolare.
